These are re-engineering and change management interventions
targeting the work environment with the intention of improving
employee health and wellness. Organisations are places
where working people spend most of their time, outside
home and family. It is a source of great satisfaction
when employees are fulfilled however a pressure cooker
when the working environment makes demands on the individual
